Terms of Service

The service. TextSpells sells spell work, delivered as digital goods: a personal note about your casting, your spell's guide as a PDF, and for most spells a video of the casting, all on a private page. The shop chat is automated. Every spell is cast within 24 hours of the order.

Entertainment. All spells, consultations, and related metaphysical content are offered for entertainment purposes, under artistic license. Descriptions and conversation about metaphysical results are presented in that spirit, and no real-world outcome is promised or guaranteed. Nothing on this service is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice; consult a qualified professional for such matters. We bear no responsibility for decisions made or outcomes experienced in reliance on a spell.

Eligibility. The service is for adults. You must be 18 or older to purchase.

Payment and delivery. Prices are shown before purchase and processed by our payment provider. Your spell is cast and your private page is filled within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds. Refunds are honored on request within a reasonable window of purchase. Write to support@textspells.com from the email you used at checkout.

Acceptable use. Do not use the service to harm, harass, or surveil any person, or to request content about identifiable third parties beyond what a spell reasonably needs.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the spell concerned.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted here applies to new purchases.
